Mexican Hot Chocolate
Melt 1 tablet of Mexican chocolate per each cup of milk over a medium heat. Whisk with molinillo until the tablet is dissolved and your hot chocolate is deliciously frothy.
Mexican chocolate is available in the latin food section of most supermarkets or online at www.verveculture.com.
Wash molinillo in warm soapy water, rinse and air dry.
Not dishwasher safe.
